Bedal is a medical device company dedicated to developing and marketing FlexGRIP®, the new generation of catheter securement devices. These devices ensure the safe and secure fixation of catheters that need to remain in the human body for extended periods. Currently, our FlexGRIP products are already helping patients in more than 30 countries worldwide.

As a fast-growing company, we are further expanding our product line with multiple new devices, entering new territories, and ramping up production volumes.

What will you actually do at Bedal?

 

As the Marketing Director at Bedal, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our marketing strategies and campaigns. You will ensure the effective promotion of our medical devices, driving brand awareness and market growth. Your role includes analyzing market trends, developing marketing plans, and implementing initiatives to meet our business objectives. You work on online communication, conference participations, development of support materials for distributors and hospital staff and development of clinical support materials. You report to the CEO.

 

Your responsibilities

·       You lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Bedal's medical devices, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

·       Distributor support: you will play a pivotal role in equipping our distributors with top-notch sales and support materials tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities include creating dynamic and persuasive sales collateral, comprehensive clinical support documents, and other essential tools to ensure our distributors achieve exceptional results in their respective territories.

·       B2B communication: You create high-impact marketing materials tailored for our global partners. Bedal collaborates with leading global medical companies, developing co-branded products that highlight our innovative solutions. Your role involves crafting compelling content that enhances these partnerships and drives mutual success.

·       Campaign Management: You oversee the creation, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to drive brand awareness and product adoption.

·       Brand Management: You ensure the consistency and strength of Bedal's brand across all marketing materials and channels, developing brand guidelines and ensuring adherence.

·       Event Coordination: You plan and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars, to showcase Bedal's products and engage with industry professionals. You work on the organization of the International Distributor Meeting, bringing together our global distributor base to share experiences and strengthen our partnerships.

·       Content Creation: You oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and promotional materials.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with the sales and product development team, and you collaborate with the regulatory team to ensure all marketing materials meet industry regulations.

·       Market Research and Analysis: You conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, using this data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

·       You define the marketing and communication strategy in collaboration with the CEO.

·       Strong experience in the medical device industry is required: You have a proven track record in the medical device sector, with knowledge of industry standards and market dynamics.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills: You possess the ability to craft clear, compelling messages and have a talent for advising, persuading, and negotiating with colleagues and stakeholders in a supportive and encouraging fashion. You can effectively relate to people at all levels of the organization.
